The special adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on social media, Lauretta Onochie, has exposed the commitment of the presidency in the overhaul of bad roads in the south east and other parts of the country.
In her statement yesterday, Onochie revealed how sections of Onitsha-Enugu expressway and Amansea-Enugu, the State Border cost the sum of ₦5.1 Billion to rehabilitate.

According to her, TrackaNG, an independent organisation that follows budgeted funds across Nigeria, reported the massive construction work ongoing in the following sections: Umunya to Awka down to Awkuzu junction.

She said that these projects were able to stand because of the ₦100 Billion Sukuk Bond Project, mapped out by President Buhari’s administration adding that every part of the nation will continue to benefit from its developmental strides.
