SUPER EAGLES, EGYPT TO CLASH UNDER FLOODLIGHTS TONIGHT, KICKOFF IS 6PM

Written by on March 26, 2019

The Super Eagles are set to face the Pharaohs of Egypt in an international friendly encounter at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.

The match earlier scheduled to kick-off at 4pm has now been moved to 6pm on the request of Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr.

This comes as Rohr, complained about the weather situation in Asaba which he deemed too hot during his side’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Seychelles.

Meanwhile, the German coach is expected to make a number of changes to his Super Eagles line-up against the AFCON 2019 hosts who will also be without their biggest star Mohamed Salah.
