IMMIGRATION SET TO ISSUE NIGERIAN PASSPORTS

The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) on Monday says it will commence issuance of the new passport in the country from the 29th of April, 2019.

This comes after the NIS had announced March 4 as the date to commence issuance of the new 10-year enhanced e-Passport which was was officially launched by President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday, Jan. 16.

NIS Public Relations Officer, Mr. Sunday James, disclosed this through a statement in Abuja while urging applicants to visit their website for further details.
